has been sent to some participants of the conference claiming accommodation/hotel arrangements for April 2023. We did NOT arrange this.

Early registration deadline: February, 28th, 2023 Extended to March, 10th, 2023

- Full registration: 440 € VAT 10% incl.
- PhD Student registration*: 310 € VAT 10% incl. 
*PhD student or trainees. A certification must be attached at the registration.

Late registration: 

- Full registration: 550 € VAT 10% incl.
- PhD Student registration*: 400 € VAT 10% incl.

The registration fees include:

  • Conference kit
  • Admission to all sessions throughout the conference
  • Admission to the exhibition area throughout the conference
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches throughout the conference
  • Welcome reception
  • Events on wednesday 26th April evening
  • Pedestrian guided tour with a concert of cathedral carillons before the conference dinner
